    Delete only what you choose

    You do not need to delete your whole account. Your existing controls remain available:

    • Delete a Story or private Draft from the Experience Portfolio.
    • Delete your own comments from the Story page.
    • Remove a profile photo in Traveler Profile.
    • Remove individual Story photos while editing the Story.

    Account deletion

    Delete your YUI account

    • Your Profile and published Stories become private immediately.
    • Your Drafts are hidden and your comments are logically deleted.
    • Your Helpful and Thank you reactions are removed from totals.
    • Travelers Helped totals can fall; titles are reviewed rather than silently reassigned.
    • You have 30 days to ask an administrator to restore the account.
    • After that date, your Profile, Stories, photos, comments, reactions, awards and personal settings become eligible for permanent deletion.
